CHAPTER LXXXVIII. An Act making an appropriation for the deficiency in the appropriation for repairs to State Capitol building and furniture, for the thirtieth fiscal year. [Approved March 10, 1885.] The People of the State of California, represented in Senate and State Capitol. SECTION 1. The sum of sixty-eight dollars and forty-five Deficiency cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State repairs to Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the deficiency in the appropriation for repairs to State Capitol building and furniture, for thirtieth fiscal year. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately. CHAPTER LXXXIX. An Act to provide for the per diem of members of the Assembly, for the twenty-sixth session of the Legislature. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. CHAPTER XC. An Act making an appropriation for the deficiency in the appropriation for education and care of deaf, dumb, and blind, for thirty-third fiscal year.
