Answer No. 4. For all grades of product Colonial has 23,588,000 barrels working capacity. Shippers have 52,150,000 barrels working capacity.

Question No. 5. What have been the separate average working inventories in both Colonial and shipper-owned tankage for each month since February, 1965 to the present!

Answer No. 5. Attached are data showing the inventory of all products at each of our separate tank farms. Also shown is the working tank capacity. Most of these data were provided in response to your first letter requesting information. The inventory shown is that recorded at 8:00 A.M., on the 1st of the month. The average is the arithmetical average for the number of months averaged. We do not maintain inventory records beyond three years: hence, the information is not available for the period of February 1965 through December 1968. Shippers do not report their product inventory to us so we have no records at all of shipper inventory.
