At a session of the Supreme Court, held January 26, 1882, the following rule was adopted to stand as Supreme Court Rule 60: RULE 60. Hereafter in all cases brought to this Court for the purpose of reviewing or revising the judgment, order, decree, or action of any other court, tribunal, or officer, the relative position of the parties and their des ignation as plaintiffs, petitioners, defendants, or respondents shall be the same in this Court as in the court, or before the tribunal, or officer whose action is in question; but they may further be designated as appellants or appellees.
