DAVEY, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Nassau, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have compared the annexed map with the original map entitled “Map Showing a Portion of Boundary Line Between Towns of Hempstead and Oyster Bay, Compiled from Records and Surveys by Alvin G. Smith, Freeport, N. Y. Dec. 12, 1924", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Nassau on the 9th day of January, 1925, the same being a part of the original resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Nassau County, New York, January 9th, 1925, on file in my office and recorded in the Record of the proceedings of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Nassau, and I DO HEREBY CERTIFY the same to be a correct copy and transcript therefrom and of the whole of said map, and that the same is a part of the Resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors of said County of Nassau on January 9th, 1925, entitled “A Resolution to Amend Resolution Number 39 entitled A Resolution Establishing and Defining the Boundary Line Between the Town of Hempstead and the Town of Oyster Bay, in the County of Nassau, as the Same Runs from the Monument at the Head of Meinell's Brook, or Seaford Creek, Southerly to the Atlantic Ocean, Adopted Pursuant to Sec. 37 of the County Law, Constituting Chapter XI of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York', adopted December 13th, 1924".
