Annual Cash Dividends to Policy-Holders.

$4,000,000.

CASH ASSETS EXCEED

[graphic]

Policies and Dividends protected from Forfeiture. The entire profits are equitably divided among the Policy-Holders annually. Dividends are never forfeited (a feature peculiar to this Company).

It is the only Company which applies its dividends to hold good a policy which otherwise would be null and void from non-payment of Premium. If a Policy which has a dividend credited upon it lapses from non-payment of Premium, the Company will hold the Policy good for such proportion of a year (or years) as the Dividend bears to the annual Premium. For instance, a man paying a Premium of $365 annually on a Life-Policy of $10,000, and having Dividends of $288 standing to his credit, would be held insured for $10,000 for 288 days (9 months, 18 days), after failing to pay his Premium! In some cases, the accumulated Dividends would keep a Policy in force several years.
