A TABLE of RATES payable for Goods imported from parts beyond the Seas, but not brought by Inland Navigation into the Port of Bristol (except Corn, Flour, Rice, and other Articles of Provision), and also for all Goods brought Coastwise into the said Port, of Foreign Growth or Importation, but not of British Growth or Manufacture, except from Cardiff, Newport, and other Ports to the Eastward of the Holmes; and except Corn, Flour, Rice, and other Articles of Provision; and also except Foreign Goods brought Coastwise, which shall not be discharged for Sale at the Quays, but pass or go to the Bath River Navigation, or Kennet and Avon Canal. For all goods not particularly rated an equal duty will be charged as is before rated on goods of the like value and package, and in case of disputes respecting the amount thereof, the same to be settled by His Majesty's collector and controller of the port of Bristol.
