SECTION 1. Appropriation for salaries of State Officers for the year eighteen hundred and sixty

five.

1. For the salary of Governor.

2. For the salary of Secretary of State.

3. For the salary of Auditor of State.

4. For the salary of Treasurer of State.

5. For the salary of the Attorney General.

6. For the salaries of the Judges of the Supreme and District Courts.

7. For the salary of the Clerk of the Supreme Court.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Minnesota:

SECTION 1. That the following sums of money or Appropriations for SO much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same are hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasury, belonging to the general revenue fund, and not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the salaries of the State officers for the year eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

1st. For the salary of the Governor two thousand dollars.

2d. For the salary of the Secretary of State, twelve Appropriations for 1 hundred dollars.

4th. For the salary of the Treasurer of State, one thousand dollars.

26th. For the mileage, per diem, newspapers, stationery and postage certificates of the members and officers of the present Legislature, five thousand dollars. 27th. For selecting, appraising, advertising and selling lands, two thousand dollars.

28th. For incidental printing for the Legislature for eighteen hundred and sixty-five, two thousand dollars.

29th. For printing and binding three hundred copies each of the Journals of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and the accompanying documents, and printing and binding five thousand copies of the laws of the present Legislature, eight thousand dollars. 30th. For printing, binding and advertising for the several State offices, five thousand dollars.

31st. For the publication of all the general laws of this session, in the official paper of the State, not to exceed one hundred dollars.

32d. For reports of the State officers and executive documents for the seventh regular session of the Legislature, three thousand dollars.

33d. For military contingent fund for expenditures properly incurred hereafter for paying, subsisting, clothing, transportation, arming and equipping State troops, called out by proclamation of the Governor, for suppression of Indian hostilities, two thousand dollars. 34th. For the salary of the State Prison guards, two thousand and fifty dollars.

35th. For the salary of the Warden of the State Prison, one thousand dollars.

36th. For the salary of the Deputy Warden of the State Prison, six hundred and twenty-five dollars.

37th. For the salary of the Inspectors of the State Prison, one hundred dollars.
