Be itenacted by the Legislature of the State of Minnesota :

SECTION 1. That the following sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary be and the same are hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasury belonging to the general revenue fund, and not otherwise appropriated:

1st. To Pollock, Donaldson & Ogden, for spittoons furnished the Senate and House of Representatives per order of Secretary of State, seventeen dollars and thirty-five cents.

2d. To Henry L. Moss, for rent of building at St. Peter for storing State arms and ammunition from June twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to January twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, in charge of Gen. M. B. Stone, seventy-six dollars.

3d. To John Matheis, for carpets, mats, &c., furnished Supreme Court room, one hundred dollars.

4th. To Chas. Ross, for transportation and freight upon arms and ammunition from St. Paul to New Ulm, twenty-five dollars and thirty-five cents.

5th. To Chas. Dorf, for cleaning Legislative Halls and repairs done in same, under order of the Secretary of State, two hundred and eighty dollars.

6th. To John A. Stees, for chairs furnished the supreme court room, for the judges, eighty dollars.

7th. To C. C. Miles, for locks, keys and repairing locks in Senate and House of Representatives, twentyfour dollars and ninety cents.

8th. To Hugo Petzhold, for extra services, in making out pension applications, and applications for back pay and bounties, in Adjutant General's office, two hundred dollars.

18th. To Pennock Pusey, for extra services in the office of the Secretary of State, pertaining to the Soldiers' Voting Law, and the care of the insane, and in arranging and classifying Territorial papers accumulated since the organization of the Territory, two hundred dollars.

19th. To Emil A. Burger, for extra services in the office of the Adjutant General of the State, during the year eighteen hundred and sixty-four, one hundred dollars.

20th. To Board of Examining Surgeons, for extra services not previously accounted for, two hundred dollars.

26th. To D. D. Merrill, for stationery furnished members and officers of the Senate, per order of Secretary of Senate, for the session of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, six hundred and forty-five dollars and ninety cents.

27th. To Sheriff of Anoka County, for removing Chippewa Indians from the town of Bethel, per order of Gov. Miller, thirty-one dollars and ten cents.

28th. For services of Claim Agent and clerk hire for eighteen hundred and sixty-five, as per act of Legislature, six hundred dollars.

29th. To Frederick Driscoll, for amount of internal revenue tax of five per cent. on State work to amount of ten thousand five hundred and thirty-seven dollars and seventy-four cents, paid and to be paid to the U. S. collector, on work performed under contract of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, executed prior to the passage of the amended internal revenue law of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, five hundred and twenty-six dollars and eighty-eight cents.

30th. To the reporter of the Supreme Court, for volumes of Supreme Court Reports furnished the State as provided by law, six hundred dollars.

31st. For a military contingent fund, to be paid under the direction of the Governor, five hundred dollars.

32d. Major E. P. Evans, for services in the late Indian outbreak, thirty-two dollars and eighty cents. 33d. Capt. Hought, one hundred and five dollars.
