until the next annual meeting, when a successor shall be appointed. After the whole of the trustees herein incorporated shall have retired from office, and forever thereafter, at each annual meeting the three (3) trustees longest in office since their last appointment shall retire and their place shall be filled as herein before set forth. Nothing in this Act shall prevent a retiring trustee from being reelected upon securing a majority of votes.

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

1. Chapter 181 of the Acts of 1901 is amended by adding thereto the following sections:

10. That Peter McKay, George McIntosh, John Munro, John McLeod and Alexander K. Baillie are hereby declared to have been duly and regularly elected Trustees of the said Presbyterian Church of Earltown and The Falls in connection with the Church of Scotland, and are hereby constituted such trustees for the year 1913, and shall be entitled to act as such trustees.

11. That all the real property mentioned in paragraph three of said Act, that is to say, the "Manse" or "Glebe," and all the land in connection therewith, as well as all interest of title therein of any person, body, church, congregation or corpòration, is hereby vested in such trustees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and such trustees shall have power to sell the same at private sale for the sum of $400.00 to Neil McKay, of North Earltown, without having to obtain any authority from the congregation, and upon making such sale as aforesaid, such trustees may make, execute, and deliver a conveyance of said lands to said Neil McKay, and receive the consideration thereof, and upon such conveyance being made by such trustees to said Neil McKay, the said real property and lands so mentioned, as well as all estate, right, title and interest therein, shall thereupon be and become vested in the said Neil McKay, for the sole use and benefit of the said Neil McKay, his heirs and assigns,

An Act to Incorporate the Trustees of the First
Presbyterian Church, Truro.

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

Watt, all of Truro, in the County of Colchester, and their successors in office, are hereby created a body corporate by the name of the "Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church, Truro, N. S.," and are hereafter referred to as the trustees.

3. All the real and personal property now vested in the name of any person or persons as trustees of the First Presbyterian Church, Truro, N. S., whether by virtue of the provisions of Chapter 88 of the Acts of the Province of Nova Scotia, 1887, or otherwise howsoever, and any and all other real and personal property belonging to or in any way appertaining to said First Presbyterian Church, or held in trust in any manner, or by any person, persons or corporation for said First Presbyterian Church (not to include, however, any property held in trust by the Session of said congregation, or any member or members of said Session with the Minister of said congregation, or held in trust by any one to their use), are hereby vested absolutely in the "trustees" hereby incorporated without any conveyance or transfer, for the benefit of the "congregation" of the "First Presbyterian Church, Truro, N. S." And without restricting in any way the generality of the foregoing such real estate is hereby declared to include: The First Presbyterian Church buildings and Hall and the lands whereon the same are situate, which said lands are bounded on the north by Queen St.; west by Lorne St.; south by Prince St.; and east by lands of C. W. Archibald and Frank Dexter.

4. All the real and personal property now vested in the name of any person or persons as "The Trustees" of "St. Paul's Church, Truro, N. S.," and any and all other real and personal property belonging to or in any way appertaining to said St. Paul's Church or congregation, or held in trust in any manner or by any person, persons or corporation for said St. Paul's Church or congregation, Truro, N. S., are hereby vested absolutely in the "trustees" hereby incorporated, without any conveyance or transfer thereof, for the use and benefit of the "congregation" of the "First Presbyterian Church, Truro, N. S.," and without restricting in any way the generality of the foregoing such real estate is hereby declared to include:

(a) the St. Paul's Church building and the lands whereon the same are situate, which said lands lie on the south side of Queen St., Truro, bounded north by Queen St.; east by lands of Estate Hamilton; South by lands of Mrs. Ross and west by lands of Mrs. Yorston;

(b) the St. Paul's Church Manse and lands whereon the same is situate, which said lands are situate on the north side of Queen St., Truro, bounded east by lands of Mrs. Tremaine; on the south by Queen St.; on the west by lands of Percy Linton and north by lands of Estate W. H. Tremaine.
