The data inclosed is a copy of the report made to the Public Utilities Commission of the District of Columbia by virtue of paragraph 14 of the act of March 4, 1913, creating the commission, etc. Copy of this information is submitted to you in accordance with the provisions of this act.

NOTE. The above balance sheet does not include $1,071,124.61, being the amount of pension funds held by trustee Dec. 31, 1930, under a pension fund trust agreement.
