ENTRY OF GOODS FROM THE WAREHOUSE UNDER BOND I, do hereby declare that I am the Exporter [or, I am the duly authorised representative of the Exporter] of the goods mentioned in this Entry; that the particulars therein contained are true and correct; that the goods are to be exported for use and consumption outside the Colony of Tasmania, and that drawback on same is claimed on the quantities, values, and rates as specified in the said entry; that the goods are not entered at a higher value for drawback than the fair market value of such goods in Tasmania exclusive of the amount of drawback claimed. And I further declare that the said goods were properly cleared at the Custom House when landed or delivered, and duty paid thereon at the rates specified in this Entry, and that none of the said goods are the produce of, or were manufactured in, Tasmania, and are not of less value for home use than the amount of drawback claimed, and that no drawback or rebate on account of damage has been claimed or paid on the said goods, and that the amount of drawback claimed does not exceed the amount of duty paid. Be it remembered that A.B., an officer of Customs, under the direction of the Minister, informs me, the undersigned, one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for, &c. TO WIT. That C.D. was found or discovered to have been on board a ship or boat contrary to Section of "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C.D. has become liable to be imprisoned as is therein directed. COUNT 4. That C.D. was on board a ship or boat within a port [bay, harbour, or river] of Tasmania contrary to Section of "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C. D. has forfeited a sum not exceeding One hundred Pounds. COUNT 5. That C.D. did make and subscribe a false declaration [or document] purporting to be [here state the nature of the document generally], the same being false and untrue, contrary to Section of "The Customs Act, 1897, whereby the said C.D. has forfeited a sum not exceeding One hundred Pounds. COUNT 6. That C. D. did untruly answer a certain question put to him by officer of Customs, contrary to Section an of "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C.D. has forfeited a sum not exceeding One hundred Pounds. COUNT 7. That C.D. did counterfeit or falsify [or "wilfully use when counterfeited" or "falsified," as the case may be] a certain document purporting to be [here state the nature of the document generally], contrary to Section of "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C.D. has forfeited a sum not exceeding One hundred Pounds. COUNT 8. That C.D. did fraudulently alter [or counterfeit, as the case may be] the seal, signature, initials or mark of [or used by] an officer of Customs, contrary to Section of "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C.D. has forfeited a sum not exceeding One hundred Pounds. COUNT 9. whereof C. D. was owner That a certain vessel [or boat], called the for master, as the case may be] was unlawfully used in exporting, importing, shipping, unshipping, landing, removing, carrying, or conveying certain uncustomed or prohibited goods, to wit [here mention generally the goods], contrary to Section "The Customs Act, 1897," whereby the said C.D. has forfeited the sum of which the Minister has directed to be sued for in this case. of A.D. 1897 Sect. 265.
