ration officers, the following persons were chosen to serve for the ensueing year, according to the directions of ye Charter, viz1 :

First Ward-John Henry Lydius, Barent H. Ten Eyck, Aldermen ; Harmanus Schuyler, Martin Mynderse, Assistants; Roeliff Seeger and William Staats, Constables.

Second Ward-Jacob Ten Eyck, Jacob Lansing, Aldermen; John Hansen, Henry Bleeker, Jun', Assistants; Peter Hansen, Abraham Verplank, Constables.

Third Ward-Cornelis Ten Broeck, Harms Wendell, Aldermen; Jacob V. Schaick, Jun', Abm Ten Broeck, Assistants; Am Schuyler, Christopher Yates, Constables.

This Board appoints Mr. John Roseboom for their Chamberlain, and Johannes Seeger, Marshall for the ensueing year.

At a Common Council held for the City of Albany on the 11th day of tober, 1760.

Oredered that an order be drawn on the City Treasurer to pay Richard Howard £6:16, which the Corporation expended at the Entertainment of Sir William Johnson, Bar', and that the Clerk sign the same, by order of the Common Council.

At a Common Council held for the City of Albany on the 14th day of October, 1760-Present, the Mayor, Recorder, Abraham Douw, Joh3 Van Sante, Jacob Ten Eyck, Jacob Lansingh, Volkert Douw, Abraham Ten Broeck, John Hansen, Jacob Van Schaick, Henry Bleeker.

Sybrant G. Van Schaick, Esq, produced a Commission appointing him Mayor and Clark of the Market for the City of Albany and Coroner for the City and County of Albany for the ensueing year, took the Oath appointed by Law, signd the Test, sworn to the due execution of the offices. Jacob Van Schaick produced a Commission for High Sheriff for the City and County of Albany, took the Oaths appointed by Law, signed the Test, sworn to the due execution of his office.

Jacob Ten Eyck, Jacob Lansing, Cornelis Ten Broeck, Harmanus Wendell and Barent H. Ten Eyck, being elected Aldermen for the ensueing year, took the Oaths, signed the Test and sworn to the due execution of their offices.

Harmanus Schuyler, Martin Mynderse, John Hansen, Henry Bleeker, Jacob Van Schaick and Abraham Ten Broeck, Assistants, took the Oaths, signed the Test and sworn to the due execution of their offices.

Abraham Schuyler, High Constable, Roelif Seger, William Staats, Abraham Verplanck, Constables, took the Oaths, signed the Test and sworn to the due execution of their offices.

At a Common Council held for the City of Albany on the 25th October, 1760-Present, the Mayor, Jacob Ten Eyck, Jacob Lansing, Cornelis Ten Broeck, Harmanus Wendell, Barent H. Ten Eyck, Martin Mynderse, John Hansen, Hendrick Bleeker, Jacob Van Schaick, Abm Ten Broeck. John H. Lydius, Esq, being chosen Aldermen for the ensueing year, took the Oaths appointed by law, signed the Test, sworn to the due execution of his office.

The following Accounts were allowed and an order of Common Council to be drawn on the City Treasurer to pay the same, and that the Clerk sign by order of Council.
