other Person or Persons what Soever whereby the Ele wives have been or shall be Impeded or hindred in there passag from Merrimack River into Massapissack Pond in Derryfield be Remoued so far as to make a free and open passege for said Ele wives from said Merrymack River unto said Pond and if any person or persons who have any Such Incumbrance on Said Chohass Brook or any other person or persons
