you are Hear by Required in the Name of the gouerment and people of this State to warn all the freeholders and Inhabitants of the Town of Derrifield Quallifyed By Law to vote in town meetings that They assemble and meet at the meeting house in Said Derrifield on thursday the 25th Day of thes Instant at teen of the Clock Before noon of Said Day to Act on the following articles (viz)

1ly to Chooes a Moderator to Regulate Said meeting

219 to Consulte the plan of Gouerment and to Approue or Dis approve of aney Part of Said Plan when met and and vote thereon

3 to See if the Town will Consent to Hire a Scoolmaster for Some term of time

415 to See if the Town will vote to Send a man or men to the Convention that is to meet at Concord the fourth wednesday of January Next to act with Sutch Constructions as the Town thinks proper to give them

51y to See what meathod the Town will Take to Settle with M" James Gorman with Regard to Lots of Land Sold By him in Behalf of the Town in the Cappasity of a Constable Some of Said Lots Being doubtfull

6thly to See what meathod the Town will take to Keep afree Cours for the Elewifes from Marrimake River to the Grate pond in Chester

and this Shall Be your Suffiteant warrant

at a Meeting of the freeholders and other Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Legally warnd and Conveand the Town proceeded as followethh (viz)

1ly voted Levt John Hall Moderator voted to ajourn this meeting to Levt John Halls west Room

voted to Choose a Committy of five (viz) Capt Sam' Moor Levt John perham Ensign Joseph Sanders Ensign Sam. Stark w Freeto to have them Consider of and Return there advice to the Town Conserning the plan of gouerment that is now on tryal for to Be Excepted By the people

3ly Voted that the Town hire a Scoolmaster Nine months this year Comeng

4 Voted to ajourn the forth artical to Choose a Committy to Consider of of Gormans affair and make Return to the Town

voted Levt John Little Ensign Joseph Sanders and wm Freto Be Said Committy

voted to ajourn this meeting to to the third thersday of January Next at ten of the Clock Before noon at this place

January the 17th 1782

The town met according to ajournment and after voting Down Some part of the plan of gouerment that is needless to Be hear In Sarted the voted not to Send aney man to Convention and the moderator Desolved the meeting Recorded this 2d Day of march 1782

you are hearby Required in the Name of the gouerment and people of this State to warn all the freeholders and Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield quallifyed By Law to vote in town meetings that they assemble and meet at the meeting House in Said Derryfield on thursday the twelveth Day of February Next at one of the Clock in the after noon of Said Day to act on the following articals

1ly to Chooes a moderator to Regulate Said meeting

215 to See if the Town will vote that the SSelect men perambelate the Town Lines with Chester and Londondarry or aney other Committy the Town Shall Choose

5ly to See if the Town will Exsept of the Several Divisions the Select men have appointed for the Scoole to be keept at or appoint aney other

and this Shall Be your Suffitiant warrant

Given under our Hand and Seal all Derryfield this 26th Day of Jan" 1782

pursuant to the fore going warrant the Inhabitants of the Town Met at Time and place and proceedid in the following Manner (viz)

11 Voted Capt Samuel Moor moderator 2dly Voted Not to Preambleate the Town Lines at present

3dly Voted that the Scool Be kept at Enos Websters and att Joseph farmors and at Levt John Halls and at Joseph Simondeses and to Be Equilly Divided at Eatch of these places Recorded this 2 Day of march 1782

you are hear By Required in the Name of the gouerment of this State to warn all the free Holders and other Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Quallifyed By Law to vote in

town meetings that they assemble and meet at the meeting house In Said town on tusday the Twelveth Day of february the Next at two of the Clock in the after noone of Said Day to act on the following articals (viz)

1ly to Choose a Moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2dly to Draw one man from the Box to Serve as a Pettit Juryor (?) at the Court to Be holden at amharst on the Last Tusday of february Next.

Make proper Return of this warrant and of your Doings to my Self on or Before the Day for holding Said meeting

1rst to Chooes a moderator to Regulate Said meeting

201y to hear the accompts of the Town for the year past 1781 and to approve or Disapprove of the Same as they think proper

3dly to Choose all The Town officers for the Corrant year

4thly to See if the Town vote to Rais aney money for preching the present year and how mutch

519 to See if the Town will vote to abate mr Moses Merrall his Rates in the Constables List or aney part there of

6thly to see what Method the Town will take to Preserve a free passage for the fish in Grate Cohass Brook the Currant year

rythly to See if the Town will vote to hear the Greevences of the Selectmen about Some money that they Lost in the year that mr James Peirce was Constable

gthly to to see what method the Town will take to Support Elizebath Marcy the Present year

gthly to See what method the Town will take to Call Town Meetings the Present year

Make Proper Return of this warrant and your Doings there on on or before Said Day for Said Meeting

21 Voted to pospoon the Second artical of the warrant to the ajournment of this Meeting

voted to ajourn this meeting to Levt John halls west Room Emediately
