people of this State to warn all the freeholders and Inhabitants of the town of Derryfield Qualifyed By Law to vote in town meetings that they assemble and meet at the meeting house in Said Derryfield on monday the fifth Day of march next at nine o Clock in the forenoon of Said Day then and there when met to act on the following articles (viz) To Choose a moderator to Regulate Said meeting Secondly the first Day of April and the Last Day of october this Present year voted that Levt John Perham Shall provide Said preatching and also that he Shall Entertain the man or men So provided to preach Chosen a Committy to Recon with the Select men and Constable for the year 1780 we fiend thers accompts Stand in the following manner (viz) 1ly Jonathan Russ his Beaf purchas is prime Cost of Said Beaf. 2ly to pastering Said Beaf Cattle 3ly to Cost of purching Said Beaf. 4ly to his Sarvice as a Selectman Secondly for his Service as a Select man Respecting the pastering Beaf Cattle being 294 pounds in the whole therteen pounds is Contained in the accompts following So that 294 pounds is the whole of all Charge of Said Cattle Respecting there pastering for the year 1780 £ 3720 0 0 294 0 0
