then laied out a higway or tow Rhoad for the use and Benifiet of said town begining a bout 40 Rhods to ye north of robort andrsons houes at a pine tree marked H then runing northrly by mark trees to to the Eaiest eand of the oke hill Sow Caled then northrly by marked trees to the town line to the wast end of Bushnels hill or as near to said marked trees as good grouend will allow not said Rhoad is alloud and laid out three Rhoudes wide laid out by us

OCtobor the 25 1751 The Selectmen of Derryfield met and Laied out a Rhoad Begining at a brige known by the name of gilises brige Runing betwen gilieses Houes and hovel and then runing by marked trees Straight as Cane by the trees now marked to the Eallwife falls over said Brook

then Beegining at mickell m°Clintos one the Eaist Sied of the houes where the fence is marked then runing to a Stump marked then straight to ablack Chirey tree then straight as the treeas is marked into the Eall wifefalls into the rhoad be fore mineshenod not this is in exchainge for a rhoad formorly laid out throughe mikel mac Clintos and nathaneal boydes Lande

then led out a higway for the use of the town aforsaid Beginen at the Ell-wife falls then acros the Wastwater to the saw mill then beginning at the for mineshenod Ell wife falls runing by marked trees throw John Houges land wher they formlay past a bout 40 Roudes to ye north of a brige which isins houges land then a Cros mathow Ramesy by marked trees on the north Sid of a whit Pine swamp to the Cornore tree Betwixt William gambeles land and the said Ramiesy

Lot which is a whit Eash then from thence By marked trees a Crose the 18 Lote and 17 Lote then a Crose Broukoup land in waltore mac farlands land then by marked trees into a rhoad In John Hall Land to the south of said Hall houes or as near to said marked trees as good ground will allow Noet Said rhoad is alloued and Laid out three Rhoudes wid laid out By us

To the Selectmen of Derryfield Gent

We the subscriberes being a Comitee Chosen by the town of Derryfield to Examine and alow the accompts of Mr John Hall that we should find Justly Due to him for his obtaining a InCeorpration for said town we Have set upon that affair and upon a crittcal Examinaton of the accoumptes of said John we find that he has Expended in mony and time at a resonable or Rather modrate alowance amounts to the sume of two Hundred and fifty one Pounds old tenor and accordingly we a judge it Highly Resenable that he should Have the sd Sume with all possable Expidition Certifyed by us the day and year above

you are Herby Recquired in his majestyes name to warn all the free holders and In Habitants qualifyed by Law in the

town of Derryfield that they meet at the houes of m2 John Hall In holder in said town upon the first mondey in march nixt at ten of the Cloke in the fore noon then and ther to acct one the follong Perticulares (viz)

1ly to make Choice of a moderator

2ly to Chuse all ther town officers for the Present year 3ly to see if the town will Raise money for to pay for Priching and how much

4ly to see How much money they will Raise to Defray other Charges that may aries for this yeair

5ly to see if the Town will Bulde a Pound and where they will bulde it

6ly to see if the Highway work be Doun by aret (a writ) for this Present year and how much money they will Raies for to repair the highwayes in this town for the Present year

And this shall Be your suffient warrant given under our hands and seeals this tenth day of february-1752*
