Greeting You are Hereby Required to Warn a Meeting of the free Houlders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield that they Meet at their Meeting House uppon the 20th Day of Septem

ber Instant at Two of the Clock in the After Noon on Said Day

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator to Regulate Said meeting.

2-ly to Chouse a Man to Serve as a Grand Juror, at the Superior Court of Judicature to be held at Amhirst on the fourth Tuesday of September Instant.

3-ly to Draw two Men Out of the Superior Box to Serve as Petit Jurors at Said Court,

4-ly to Chouse a man to Serve on the Grand Jury at the Next Court of General Sessions of the peace to be Holden at Amhirst in and for Said County on the Third Day of October Next,

5-ly to See if the Town will Alow the petit Jury Men pay as yosal who May have to attend at Court or Sessions for the Insuing year,

at a Meeting Legely Called and Convained on Said Day. Voted Colon John Goffe Moderator for Said Meeting, Voted Levin John Hall for to Serve on the Grand Jury at the Superior Court of Judicature to be hald at Amhirst agreable to the above warrant then Drew out of the Box Mr John Harvey & Mr Joseph Farmer to Serve on the petit Jury at Said Court.

Voted Mr Benjamin Baker for to Serve on the Grand Jury at the next Court of General Sessions of the peace to be hald at Amhirst agrable to the above warrant,

then Voted to pay the petit Jurors as Yosal who may have to attend at Court or Sessions for the Insuing year.
