Men, 16 to 60, unmarried, 28; married, 30; boys under 16, 77; men over 60 years, 7; total, 142. Women, unmarried, including girls under marriageable age, 92; married, 40; widows, 3; total, 135. Male slaves, 1; female slaves, 1. Whole number of inhabitants, 279.-ED.

at a meeting of the free houlders Inhabitants of Said Town Legely Called and Convened in their meeting house on Said Day.

Voted Cor" John Goffe Moderator of Said meeting.

Voted to Ajourn this meeting to Levtn John halls house. then meet according to Ajournment the moderator and Clerk present and the meeting Called. then Drew out of the Box Nethaniel Boyd for to Serve on the petit Jury at Amharst next Sessions then

Voted on the third Articul in the Warrent to Give the Revt George Gilmore a Call to the wourk of the Ministry to be our Settled minister in Said Town. then

Voted on the fourth Articul in the warrent to Give the Rev George Gilmore thirty Pounds Lawfull money in cash for his annual Settled yearly Salary So Long as he the Said Gilmore Contines to be our Settled minister in Said Town.

Voted on the Said Articul to Give the Revt George Gilmore for a Settlement thirty Pounds Lawfull money in Cash and Sixty Pounds Lawfull money to be paid in Labour at two Shillings Lawful pr Day for man and the Same for oxen. the Said Labour is to be paid in four years Commencing from the time that the Said Gilmore Excepts. and Settles with us in Said Town fifteen Pounds per year and the Above Cash within one year from Said time.

Voted on the fifth articul in the warrent to Chuse a Committee to treet with the Revt George Gilmore Relating the above Votes then

Voted. David Starret, Samuel Boyd, John perham, and Levin James MacCalley to be the above Committee & make Report to the Town then

Voted to ajourn this meeing till the third monday in february next to the house of Levtn John halls at one of the Clock in the after noon on Said Day.

Voted to Dismis the Sixth articul in the Warrant by Reson that the above Committee had not Received aney answer from the Revt George Gilmore.

You are Hereby Required in his Majestyes name to warn all the free houlders Inhabitants of Said Town that they meet at their meeting House upon monday the Seventh Day of March next at teen of the Clock on Said Day.

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator to Regulate Said meeting 2-ly to hear the Town accounts Rade and to Approve or Dis approve

3-ly to Chouse all their Town officers for the Insuing Year

4-ly to See how much mony the Town Will Rase to hire priching for the present year. and to apoint men to hire the Same.

5-ly to See what method the Town will take for the Support of Elisabeth Marcy for the Insuing year.

6-ly to See if the Town Will Vote aney money for the Jury men that may have to attend at Court for the Insuing year

Voted to alow Levin John Hall only part of his order for intertaining the Revin Mr Davison one Sabath. .£0=4=0 and for taking the invoice as is exprased in his

and for Counting with the Select Men for the year 1773

Voted on the Second articul to alow the whole of the Town accounts as the have Ben Rad in Said meeting. Except one Pound two Shillings and four Pance which was Voted not to be Alowed the Same Being Part of Levin John Halls Order.
