by vertue of this presept I have givin warning to all the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield of Time and place of meeting agreeable to the Vote of Said Town for warning Jury mens meetings and the articuls theirin asserted by me. John Griffen Constable.

Province of New Hempshire Griffen Constable for the Town of New Hampshire and County of Hillsborough Greeting. In his Majestyes Name you are Required to Levey and Collect off the Seveirall persons Naamed in the List herewithin Commeted unto you Each one his Respective proporcion therein Seat Down The Sum Total of Said List of Assessment is a tax Laid on the male polls Estates and Incomes of the In

habitants of the Afore Said Town of Derryfield for the Suport and maintanence of Said province and County of Hillsborough to which we Blonge. and the Remander of Said List for Defring the Charge of Said Town for the presant year. and you are to pay to the Trasurer of Said Province for the Time being the Sum of Nine pounds Teen Shillings Lawfull money the first Day of January Next, as Likewise you are to pay to the Trusurer of the afore Said County the Sum of Five pounds Twelve Shillings and four pance Lawfull money, on or Before the fifth Day of December next. and pay the Whole of the Remander of Said List to us or our Order or to the Select men for the Time Being or to their order and make up the Whole of your Collection of the Whole Sum of Said List at or Before the first Monday of February next, and if aney person or persons Named in Said List Shall Neglect or Refuse to pay the Sum or Sums Whereat he or they are therein Respectively assesed you are to Observe and follow the Derictions in the Law in Lavying and Cullecting the

same.

Given under our hands and Seal at Derryfield afore Said this Nineteenth Day of October in the Twelvth year of his Majestys Reigen Anno Que Domini one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventytwo.

Than Laid out a High way for the use and Benefit of the Town of Derryfield Begining as foloweth (viz) Begining at the South Wast Corner of William perham Juners fance upon the Road Leading from Said perhams to Co" John Goffes and from thance northwardly as fare as the afore Said perhams fance at present Equelly upon the afor Said perham and John Harvey Land. from thance the nearest and bast way to a pine

tree marked H. near to the old Road Leading to Merrills Corner from thance the nearest and Bast Way to the afore Said Merrills Corner near to Joseph Georges. N: B:

Wee alow the afore Said Road to be three Roods wide. and wee alow three Shillings pr accer for So much as Said Road takes up or the Land that is Reserved for High ways.

you are Required to warn all the free houlders and Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Qualefyed by Law to Vote in town meetings that they meet at their meetinghouse in Derryfield the first Monday of march next at teen of the Clock in the forenoon to act on the following pertickquelers (viz)

1-ly to Chous a moderator to Regulat Said meeting—

2-ly to hear the town accounts and to aprove or Disaprove. 3-ly to Chouse all the Town Offesers for the presant year4-ly to See how much money the Town will Reas for preching for the present year and Chouse Som person or persons to obtain preching for the present year.

5-ly to See what method the Town will take for the suporting of Elesibath Marcey for the present year.

6-ly to See if the will alow aneything to the petit jurymen that may have to atend Courts for the present year, and how much.

7-ly to See if the Town will Rase any money to Repair their meetin House and how much.

8-ly to See how much money the town will Rase to Defray the Charges of the Town for the present year.
