Province of New Hampshire. Hillsborough S. S. To Samuel Boyd Constable for the Town of Derryfield In the province of Newhampshire Greeting

In his majestyes Name you are Required to Levy and Collect off the Several pearsons Named in the List here with Commited unto you Each one his Respective proporsion therein sat Down The Sum Total of Said List of Assessment is a Tax Laid on the mail polls Estates and Incomes of the Inhabitants of the afor Said Town of Derryfield for the Suport and maintanince of Said province and County of Hillsborough to which we Belonge and the Remander of Said List for Defraying the Charges of Said Town for the presant year, and you are to pay to the Treasurer of Said Province for the Time Being the Sum of Eliven pounds Sevinteen Shillings and Six pance. as Likewayes you are to pay to the treasurer of the afor Said County the Sum Eleven pounds three Shillings and five pance half paney Lawfull Money on or Before the Twentyfifth Day of December nixt Insuing the Deat hereof and pay the whole of the Remander of Said List to us or our order or the Select men for the time Being or their order and make up the whole of your Collection of the whole Sum of Said List at or Before the first monday of Feburery Nixt, and if aney person or persons Named In Said List Shall Neglect or Refuse to pay the Sum or Sums whereat he or they ar theirin Respectively assesed you are to obsirve and follow the Directions of in the Law in Lavying and Collecting the Same

Given under our Hands, and Seal at Derryfield aforsaid this Twentyfourth Day of September in the Eleventh year

Then Laid out a High way for the uese and Benefit of the Town of Derryfield as followeth (viz) Begining Southwast of William mac Clintok Juners barn upon the main Road Leading from Londonderry to Names Cage falls from thance Norerdly as the Road is now trood to Captn Alexander mac Murpheys then Begining on the Norwasterly Sid of John Hoggs Esq" Land and so up Said Road by Robert Cuningham as the Road is now trod till it Come to the afore mentioned Road Leading to Names Cag and wee alow this highway or Road to Be three Roods wide and wee alow So much of the Land Reserved for High ways to the owenrs of the Lands that this gou throw, as this Road takes up, and If aney be a wanting wee alow three Shillings pr accer for Such as Coms Short Dated at Derryfield this 12th Day of November 1772.

You are Hereby Required In His majestys Name to warn all the free Holders and Inhabitants of Said Town Qualifyed to vote In Town Meeting that they meet at their meeting

House upon Saterday the Twenty-Eight Day of September instant at Twelve of the Clock In Said Day

1-ly to Chues a moderator to Regulate Said meet

2-ly to Chues a man to Sarve on the Grand jury at the Nixt Court of General Sessions of the Peace, to be Holden at Amherst on the First Thursday Nixt Following the first Tuesdy in october Nixt

3-ly to Draw a man out of the Box to attand at Said Court as a Petti juryer, and make Due Return of this warrent with your Doings therein unto me.

and this Shall Be your Suficent warrent

Given under my Hand at Derryfield this 13th Day of September Ad: 1771
