Province of New Hampshire To William Nutt Constable for the Town of Derryfield in the province of New hampshire Greeting

In his majestys Name you are hereby Required to Levey and Collict of the Several persons named in the List Herewith Commited unto you Each one his Respective proportion thirin Set Down the Sume total of Said List of assessment is a Tax Laid on the mail polls Estats and incoums of the Inhabitants of the Said Town of Derryfield for the Support and Maintainance of Said province and the Remainder of Said List for Defraying the Chirges of the Said Town of Derry

field for the presant year and you are to pay to the Province Treasurer of Said Province for the Time Being the Sum of Teen pounds Nine Shilings Half penney Lawfull money on or before the twenty-fifth Day of february next Ensuing the date Hereof and pay the whole of the Remainder of Said List to us or our order or to the Select men for the time Being or their order and make up the whole of your Collection of the whole Sum of Said List at or Before the Twenty-Seventh Day of february next and if any person or persons Named in Said List Shall Neglect or Refuse to pay the Sum or Sumes whereat he or they are therein Respectively assessed you are to observe and follow the Drections in the Law Lavying and Collecting the Same

2Ly to To make Chouse of all Town officers for the Currant year as the Law Derects

3Ly to Hear the Petetion of william Tagert paying an alowence of Six Dollors that He was in a Rears for that year he was Constable

4Ly To See what meathod the Town will take to Support Elisabeth Massey who is Now Becom a Town Charge

5Ly to See How much mony the Town will Rais to pay for preaching and Chous Som sutable person or persons to Supply the town with a minestor or minestors for so much mony as Shall Raised this presant year

6ly to See how much mony the Town will will Rais this year to Defray the Nassary Charg of the Currant year

7ly to Hear the Report of the Committies concarning the Salect men and Constables that thay ware to Sattel with and Livtn John Hall Relating the Borrowed mony and have the Towns advice about Proscuting Such as Refuse Sattleing and vot there on

8ly to Hear the Accounts of any that have any Demands on the Town and alow or Disalow of the Same and order such as ar Justly Due to Be Paid

and this shall Be your sufficant warrand and make Due Return of this precept and of your Doings Herein unto us at or before the Said sixth Day of march
