You are hearby Required in the Name of the goverment and people of this State to warn all the free holders and Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield to meet at the meetinghouse in Said Derryfield on thursday the 26th Day of April at at four of the Clock in the afternoon to act on the following articals (viz)

firstly to Choose a moderator to Regulate Said meeting

Secondly to Choose a man to Send as a Dillegate to a Convention that is to Seet at Concord in this State on the first tuesday of June Next in order to form aplan of govemunt for this State

therdly to See what method the Town will take for the Support of Elezabeth massey the present year

forthly to See if the town will Choes a Committy to be on on oath to to See if the Elewives may have a free Course up Great Cohass Brook according to an act of Cort

Hear of fail not and make Proper Return of this Warrant and your Doings unto us on or Before the Day for holding Said meeting

2ly voted to Dismiss the Second article in the warrant

31 voted that Capt wm perham Keep Elizebath massy this year and that he be allowed Six Dollars old way of twelve Bushils of Corn for the same

4 voted Capt Sam" Moor Charls Emerson and James pierce Be a Committy to Clear the fish way up grate Cohass Brook

you are hearby Required in the Name of the government and People of this State to warn all the freeholders and other Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield that they Do assemble and meet at the meeting house in Said Derryfield on tuesday the 15th Day of May Instant at fore of the Clock in the after noon to act on the following articals (viz)

1ly to Choose a moderator to Regulate Said meeting

2ly to Draw out of the Box one effective man Lawfully Quallifyed to as a pettit Jurior at the Inferior Court to Be holden at Amharst on the Last tuesday of this Instant may By ajournment

make Proper Return of this warrant and your Doings thereon unto myself on or before Said Day for holding Said meeting as you would avoid the penalty of the Law

itants of the town of Derryfield Quallifyed by Law to vote in townmeetings, that they assemble and meet at the meeting house in Said Derryfield on thursday the twelfth Day of July next at one of the Clock in the afternoon to act on the following articals (viz)

firstly to Choes a Noderator to Regulate Said meeting 2ly Secondly in as mutch as there hath Bin a verry Suden and unexpected Revelution Respecting the old Continantal money Sence the Rates ware made, and the money Raised to purchas Beaf for the army Doth not answare the Eand desined, therefore to See what vse the Town will vote to make of Said money Raised to purchas Beaf, and also to See what method the town will take to purchas Said Beaf for the army whitch is wanted Emediately

make proper Return of this warrant and your Doings unto us on or Before the Day for holding Said meeting
