Greeting You are Hereby Required to Warn a Meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Town that they meet at their Meeting House the first Day of Janury Next at three of the Clock P: M:.

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator,

2-ly to Draw one man from the Box to Serve on the Petit Jury, at the Next Inferiour Court of Common pleas to be Holden at Amhirst on the first tuesday of Janury Next, and this Shall be your Sufecant warrent.

To James Peirce Constable in Said Town these are to Require you by the authority of the Goverment and people of the State of New hampshire to Warn a town Meeting of the Inhabitants of Said Town Lawfully Quallefied to Vote in Town Meetings to assemble and meet at the meeting House in Said Town, the first Day of Janury Next at Twelve of the Clock after Noon.

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator.

2-ly to Chouse a man or men to take Care to provide things nessesary for the Suport of Robert McNights family, or any others Dependent upon Said Town Whose Husbands are in the Contenantel Services.

3-ly also to See what the Town will dow with the Money Collected by the Constable off the Sevaral Inhabitants of Said Town, the Money Belonging to another State and now Called in and So not Currant hear which is now in the hand of one of the Select men, and to Dow and act Such other Matters and things nessesary for the benefit of Said Town When meet and this Shall be your Suficen warrant Geven under Oour and Seal this 24th Day of December, AD: 1777

at a Meetin of the freehoulders & Inhabitants of Derryfield held on the 1th Day of January 1778 agreeable to the above warront at their Meetinghouse.

Voted Levin John Hall Moderator of both meetings

then voted to ajourn this meetin to Levin John Halls House, then meet according to ajournment the moderator and Clerk Present and the meeting, Called,

then Drew from the Box John Griffen for Petit Juryor

then Voted on the Second article in the Second Warrent to Chous a man to take Care that Robert McNights Wife & femely be Provided With Such articuls as they Stand Most in need of to the first Monday in march Next and that Said articuls be Precurcod out of the money Voted the 2th Day of april 1777, as a Bounty from the Town, he the Said McNight being one of Said Towns Soulders in the Contenentel Services for three years.

then voted Col. John Goff be the man to provide for Said femely as above, & that he the Said Goff be accountable for the money So Expended by the first Monday in Merch next to the Town

Greeting You are hereby Required in the Name of the Goverment and people of this State to Warn the free holders & Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Quallified by Law to Vote in Town Meetings that they meet at the meeting-house in Said Town upon Monday the Ninth Day of February next at twelve of the Clock at noon. then & there to act on the following perticulars (viz)

1-ly to Chuse a Moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2-ly to hear articules of Confederation and perpetual Union Read and published by the Continantel Conggress and to approve or Disaprove as the Town shall think Best

3-ly to See if the Town will Give instruttions to their Representetive Concerning framing a New Plan of Goverment for this State and Vote thereon

4-ly to See if the Town Will be at the Charge of the Select Mens finding out the owner of the Unimproved Lands not Blonging to the Inhabitants or What they Will Dow Concerning Said Lands.

and this Shall be your Sufecant Warrant Given Under Our hands and Seal this 26th Day of January Ad: 1778, and Make Return of this Warrant at or before the Said 9th Day of February fore Said.

at a meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Legely Called and Convined on the 9th Day of February 1778.

Voted Col: John Goffe Moderator of Said Meeting then Voted to ajourn this meeting to Levin John Halls house

then meet according to ajournment the moderator and Clerk present and the meeting Called, and the articuls of Confederation and perpetual Union published by the Continantel Conggress was Read and Unanamesly approved by Said Town.

then Voted on the third Articul of the Warrent to Chouse a Committee to Give instruttions to their Representtive concerning fraiming a new Plan of Goverment for this State, and that Said Committee Consist of Seven men, (viz) William McClintok, Col: John Goffe Levtn John Hall, John Harvey, David Starret, Esq' Samuel Boyd, and Levin Samuel Moor.

Voted on the fourth Dito, to Sand Levtn John Hall to Chester Town Clerk in order to find out the owners of the unimproved Land Recorded this 10th Day of February 1778 pr David Starret T. Clerk
