8-ly to See if the Town Will Pay the Jury Men that may Have to Attand at Court or Sessions for the Currant year as Usual

9-ly to See if the Town Will Dow aney thing towards Repairing the Meeting House and Clearing the Grave yeard and fancing it the Currant year.

10-ly to See if the Town will Vote that the Warnings for Town Meetings for the Currant Year be as Usuel.

11-ly to See if the Town Will Vote to Provid a Town Stock of Ammenniction and appouint a Man or Men to Procare the Same if Voted,

then Voted on the Second Article to Alow the Town accoumpts as they have been Read in the following mannor With the Adicion of four Shilling apace to the Late Select Men and three Shillings to the Constable

we the Subscribers Chousen to Sattle the Town of Derryfields accoumpts with the Select Men and Constable for the year 1776 and uppon exemenation we find the whole List Commeted to Joseph George Constabl by the Select Men of Said Derryfield Bearing Deat the 20th of November 1776 Amounts in the Whole to £26-5-6=0

the Said Constable Discharges him Self of Said Sum in manner following (viz)

Voted on the third Article that the Town Clerk have Six Shillings for his Service the Corrent year, and the Select Men have Eight Shillings per Man and Eight Shillings for taking the Invoice the Corrant year

then Voted Col. John Goffe Capta Samuel Moor, En Samuel Boyd, Joseph farmer, and David Starret, Commette of Safty and Inspacttion for Said Town for the Corrant year,

then Voted James Pairce, Levin John Parham, and William Nutt, to be a Commettee to See that the Ealwife fish act be Ubserved for the Corrent year,

then Voted Levtn John Parham, William Nutt, Ezekiel Stavens, Joseph farmer, Daniel hall, and En" Samuel Boyd, be Surveyors of high Ways for the Corent year,

then Voted the Select Men be fance Viours and Prisers of Damiges for the Corrent year

Voted James German, and Abraham Merrill Juner, Tything Men for the Current year

Voted William Nutt, Moses Merrill Ebenezer Coster, hogg Reves for Current year

Voted Theophlos Griffen, and David Merrill, Deer Ceepers for the Current year,

Voted David Starret, and Levta John Parham, a Commettee to Sattle the Town Accompts for the Corrent year,

Voted to Dismis the fifth article in the warrent

Voted on the Sixth article Seven Pounds four Shillings for praching for the Corrent year,

Voted Banjamin Crombie, and Benjamin Baker Be a Commettee to Procure Priching for the above Money for the Corrent year.

Said Priching is to be had in the Summer Secon

Voted on the Seventh article in the Warrent that Col. John Goff be a Agent in behalf of the Town to Petition the Judge of Probbets in Order to Procure the Assets Left to Elisebeth Marcey, So that it may Be Disposed Of for her Suport,

then Voted that the Present Select Men take care of Alisebat Marcey, for the Corrent year When her time is out with William Parham Juner, Which is the first of april Next

Voted On the Eight Article that the Jury Men be Paid as Usuel Who may have to atand at Cort or Sessions for the Corrent year,

Voted on the Ninth Article in the warrent Not to Repair their Meeinghouse at Present

Voted on Said article to Clear and fance the Grave-yeard With a Bord Fance of Marchantable Bords and whit oke postes three posts to a Length and Spiked on with three Spaks to a post and Not Less then four feet in hagth,

Voted Ebenezer Stavens Dow the above Work and Make a Gate in Said fance, for Which he is to be paid three Shillings per Rohad for the above worke.

Voted on the tenth article that the Town Meeings be Warned as Usuel the Corrent year.

Voted to Dismis the Eleventh article at Present.

these are to Notifie and Warn all the Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Lawfuly Qualified to Vote in Town meetings to Assemble and Meet at the Meeting house in Said Derryfield Upon Wensday the Second Day of April next at teen of the Clock before Noon then and there to act on the following perticulars (Viz)
