You are Required in his majestyes name to Warn a Meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said town Qualifyed by Law to Vote in town meetings that they meet at their meeting house in Said Derryfield upon Monday the Sixth Day of September Next at one of the Clock in the after noon on Said Day

1-ly to Chuse a moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2-ly to See if the Inhabitants of Said town Will Vote to Give the Rev? George Gilmore a Call to the Worke of the Menestry in Said Derryfield to be their Menester

3-ly to See how much yearly Salery they Will Vote the Said Gilmore if he Except their Call.

4-ly to Se how much Setelmen Money they Will Vote the Said Gilmore if he Except their Call.

5-ly to See if they Will Vote to Sand a man or meen to treet With the Said Gilmore and agree about the Mater as the town pleceses to order, and this Shall be your Sufecant Warrent Geven under our Hands and Seal this 20th Day of August 1773

at a meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Town Legely Called and meet in their meeting house on Said Day. Voted Capt. John Starke moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

then Voted to Dismis the above warrant. but the town thought Best to Sand for the Rev? George Gilmore, and it was put to vote and the Town voted to Sand for the Rev? George Gilmore as sun as poseble to Com and preach with us Eighth Days upon fourder Triel. Recorded this 16th Day of December 1773.

You are Hereby Requered in his Majestyes, Name to warn a meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Town Qualifyed to Vote in Common afairs of the Town that they meet at their meeting House upon thursday the 23th day of December next at one of the Clock in the after noon on Said Day

1-ly to Chouse a moderator to Regulate Said meeting.

2-ly to Draw one man out of the Box to Serve on the petit Jury at the next Court of General Sessions of the peace. to be holden at Amharst on the first thursday next following the first tuesday in Janewarey next.

3-ly to See if the Inhabitants of Said Town will Vote to Give the Revt George Gilmore a Call to the Work of the ministry in Said Derryfield to be their seteled minister

4-ly to See how much Money the Town will Vote the Revt George Gilmore for his yearly Salary and for his Settlement.

5-ly to See if the Town will Chouse a Commettee in order to treet with the Revt George Gilmore upon the Settlement.

Voted Cor" John Goffe Moderator of Said meeting.

Voted to Ajourn this meeting to Lertu John halls house. then meet according to Ajournment the moderator and Clerk present and the meeting Called. then Drew out of the Box Nethaniel Boyd for to Serve on the petit Jury at Amharst next Sessions then

Voted on the third Articul in the Warrent to Give the Rev. George Gilmore a Call to the wourk of the Ministry to be our Settled minister in Said Town. then

Voted on the fourth Articul in the warrent to Give the Revt George Gilmore thirty Pounds Lawfull money in cash for his annual Settled yearly Salary So Long as he the Said Gilmore Contines to be our Setlled minister in Said Town.

Voted on the Said Articul to Give the Rey George Gilmore for a Settlement thirty Pounds Lawfull money in Cash and Sixty Pounds Lawfull money to be paid in Labour at two Shillings Lawful pr Day for man and the Same for oxen. the Said Labour is to be paid in four years Commencing from the time that the Said Gilmore Excepts. and Settles with us in Said Town fifteen Pounds per year and the Above Cash within one year from Said time.

Voted on the fifth articul in the warrent to Chuse a Committee to treet with the Reve George Gilmore Relating the above Votes then

Voted. David Starret, Samuel Boyd, John perham, and Levin James MacCalley to be the above Committee & make Report to the Town then

Voted to ajourn this meeing till the third monday in february next to the house of Leytn John halls at one of the Clock in the after noon on Said Day.

Derryfield February the 21th Day 1774. then Meet according to ajournment the moderator and Clerk present and the meetin Caled. then

Voted to Dismis the Sixth articul in the Warrant by Reson that the above Committee had not Received aney answer from the Revt George Gilmore.
