You are Therefore Required In His Majestyes Name to warn all the inhabitants and freeholders Quelifyed to vote that they meet at the barn of William Mo Clintoks in Said Derryfield on monday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant July at two of the Clock in the Afternoon then and their when meet to Chuse lly a moderator to Govern the Said meeting and then to act on all the three forgouing articles an to Do and act any other thing Tending to the benefit of the Town

And this Shall be your sufficent warrant

at a meeting Legely Caled and assembled of the free holders and inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Held at william mo Clintoks Barn on Said Day in Derryfield

1ly Voted Capt" John Stark moderator

2ly Voted to ajourn this meeting into william mo Clintoks house

then meet acording to ajournment the moderator and Clerk, Being present and the meeting opned

3ly Voted that ther be a Committee of three men (viz)

4ly Voted Corn' John Goffe Capt" John Stark and william mo Clintok to Be the afore Said Committee

5ly Voted the above Committee, Shall have full powour and athourity to Setel all accounts with that Committee which was Chousen by a vote of the Town in the year A: D: 1759 to Borrow a Sum of money for the Towns youse and Prosecute them if they Shall Refuse a Setelment to final judgment and Execustion and make a report to the Town

Gly Voted on the second articl of the warrant that the afore Said Committee have the Same Powour and athourety as is aboue expressed to Setel and Recover all the money that is Due to the Town from the Former Selectmen and Constable or Elswhare Due

7ly Voted to ajourn this meeting to the Second mondey in September in Suing at two oclock on Said Day at the house of william mo Clintoks afor Said

So fare we proseded on the warrant and no farther only the third artical of the warrent Remains and was not actted

on

Province of New Hampshire To William Nutt Constable for the Town of Derryfield in the province of New hampshire Greeting

In his majestys Name you are hereby Required to Levey and Collict of the Several persons named in the List Herewith Commited unto you Each one his Respective proportion thirin Set Down the Sume total of Said List of assessment is a Tax Laid on the mail polls Estats and incoums of the Inhabitants of the Said Town of Derryfield for the Support and Maintainance of Said province and the Remainder of Said List for Defraying the Chirges of the Said Town of Derry

field for the presant year and you are to pay to the Province Treasurer of Said Province for the Time Being the Sum of Teen pounds Nine Shilings Half penney Lawfull money on or before the twenty-fifth Day of february next Ensuing the date Hereof and pay the whole of the Remainder of Said List to us or our order or to the Select men for the time Being or their order and make up the whole of your Collection of the whole Sum of Said List at or Before the Twenty-Seventh Day of february next and if any person or persons Named in Said List Shall Neglect or Refuse to pay the Sum or Sumes whereat he or they are therein Respectively assessed you are to observe and follow the Drections in the Law Lavying and Collecting the Same
