Halaman 343 - When any member is about to speak in debate, or deliver any matter to the House, he shall rise from his seat, and respectfully address himself to "Mr. Speaker," and shall confine himself to the question under debate, and avoid personality.
Halaman 346 - No member shall vote on any question in the event of which he is immediately and particularly interested ; or in any case where he was not present •when the question was put.
Halaman 210 - The affairs of said company shall be managed by a board of directors, consisting of thirteen members as hereinafter provided ; all vacancies happening in said board may be filled by the remaining directors for the remainder of the year for which they were elected, and a majority of the whole shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
