SEC. 11. That the Secretary of the Treasury shall prepare and tables, records, and accounts required for carrying out the p act, including data showing the mortality experience of the ployees in the service and the rate of withdrawal from such other information that may serve as a guide for future valua ments of the plan for the retirement of officers and employees of the Treasury shall make a detailed comparative report ann showing all receipts and disbursements, together with the persons receiving annuities and the amounts paid them.

It has been the tendency of the United States Civil Service ciation and its branches, and also several of the other civil associations, not to press too strongly on Congress during this retirement legislation, on account of the many important w: confronts them.
