A traffic contract was made with the Northern Pacific Railroad Company whereby that company guarantees that the earnings of this company shall not be less than the interest and sinking fund charges on said bonds, in consideration of which the entire stock of this company is to become the absolute property of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company when all the bonds of this company shall have been paid and retired, or their payment provided for.
