HISTORY OF ORGANIZATION, CONSTRUCTION, LEASING AND CONSOLIDATION OF LINES NOW OPERATED BY YOU, AND STATUTES AUTHORIZING THE SAME.

Date of charter, June 19, 1878.

Is the charter a special act of the legislature, or was the company incorporated under the general laws of the state? Our road was incorporated under the general laws of the state. It extends from Bridge Square to Thirty-first street, with branches from Thirty-first Junction to Minnehaha Falls, Washburn Park and Hopkins, all in the city of Minneapolis. Have no leased lines.

any change been made in the mileage of your road in this state during the past year; if so, give a detailed statement showing what changes have been made and how the present mileage is made up. Additional construction of road from Thirty-seventh street to Washburn Park, being 1.63-100 miles in length. Additional track constructed from Lake Calhoun to Lake Harriet, 1.08-100 miles.
