as amended, I transmit herewith for the information of

the Congress the Fourth Annual Report of the Commission

on International Rules of Judicial Procedure covering the

period ending December 31, 1962.

The Commission on International Rules of Judicial Pro

cedure submits its Fourth Annual Report to you for transmission to the Congress, pursuant to Public Law 85-906, the Act of September 2, 1958.

This Report covers the period of the Commission's existence from December 31, 1961 to December 31, 1962.

A separate letter submitting a draft bill "To improve

judicial procedures for serving documents, obtaining evidence and proving documents in litigation with international aspects" has

already been sent to you.
