The following laws, passed by the One Hundred and Forty-third Legislature, are published in accordance with "An act for the publication of the laws," passed June 13th, 1895, and "A supplement to the act entitled 'An act relative to statutes,' approved March twentyseventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, which supplement was approved February 4th, 1896.
