State of Newhampshire Hillsborough ss In the name of the State of Newhampshire you are hereby required to warn all the Legal voters in the town of Manchester to meet at the meetinghouse in s town on Thursday the second day of September next at two O'clock P. M. to act on the following articles Viz 1st To Choose a moderator to govern sd meeting 2nd To Choose a person qualified to fill the vacancy in the board of Selectmen occasioned by the death of Samuel Moor Esq. of. 3rd To repair the Meetinghouse 4th To runout and Lot the Town and procure a plan There 5th To transact all other business that may Legally come before sa meeting and make due return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to us on or before the hour of holding said meeting. - Given under our hands and Seal at Manchester this fourteenth day of August A. Stark, Town Clerk State of Newhampshire Hillsborough ss To John Young Collector in the town of Manchester for 1819 Greeting You are hereby required in the name of the State of Newhampshire to Levy and collect of the several persons named in this Tax bill the several Sums affixed to each of their names and to pay to the treasurer of this State on or before the first day of November next the sum of ninety seven Dollar twenty Cents, and likewise to pay to the treasurer of the County of Hillsborough the sum of Forty five Dollars sixty Cents on or before the first day of September next insuing — and likewise to pay to the treasurer of the town of Manchester the sum of Four Hundred Dollars on or before the first day of November next and Likewise to pay to sd Treasurer of the town of Manchester the sum of Four Hundred and Seventy two Dollars and thirty six Cents on or before the second Tuesday of March 1820 and you are to follow the rules and regulations of the Law in Levying and collecting the same and this shal be your sufficient warrant given under our hands and seal at Manchester this 10th day of June A.
