The Poor at Auction Abigail Davis was struck off to Nathan Johnson at one dollar per week

per year $52.00 Benjamin Smith was struck off to Nathaniel Baker at sixty Eight Cents per week.

per year 35.36 Voted to repair the road agreeable to the tenth Article of the warrant

The Collectorship was struck off to Jame Nutt at two Cents & Seven Mills on a dollar

Voted to adjourn to this day week at 1 P. M.

Met accordingly & Voted to except the report (viz) to raise five hundred dollars to pay Town Charges the present year

Voted to raise one dollar on the poll for Highways

The report of Committee appointed to Settle with the Treasurer, Report as follows

We your Committee appointed to examine into the State of the treasury of Said Town Also to inquire into and See what Money Shall be thought necessary to raise to pay Town Charges the present year, do Report as follows (viz)

1st we have examined into the State of the Treasury and find a ballance in favour of Samuel P Kidder Esquire , Town Treasurer of 16 dollars 75 Cents and an outstanding order of Eight Dollars

And we do further report that in our opinion it will be necessary to raise 500 dollars to pay Town Charges the pres

ent year
