9th To see how much money the town will raise to repair highways the present year.

10th To see how much money the town will raise to repair the meeting house

11th To see if the Town will lay out and open a road from Amos Westons near to where Bachelder and Austin now live

12th To see if the Town will lay out and open a road from the Corner near John Websters land by John Dickeys to Huses bridge so called

13th To see if the Town will authorise the Selectmen or some other person or persons to give Deeds of the ministerial Lott agreeable to the sale of the Committee for that purpose. 14th To See if the Town will vote to build a School house for district No Y

15th To see if the Town will disannul the highway leading from the river near John Browns to the main river Road

16th To see if the town will vote that each highway district furnish Timber and plank for the repair of its own Bridges And in the warning and notification of said Meeting you are to give notice by posting a Copy of this warrant at the meetinghouse in sd Manchester fifteen days prior to the time of holding said meeting and make return of this warrant with your doings thereon unto the Town Clerk or in his absence to the Selectmen on or before the time of holding said Meeting

The following Report was handed in by the Committee who were appointed Last year to sell the Ministerial Lot

The Committee appointed by the Town of Manchester at the adjournment from their annual meeting in 1821 to sell a Lot of Land belonging to said Town called the Ministerial Lot Report That they have caused said Lot to be divided into four parts, beginning at the southerly end to number the first Second and Third divisions containing Twenty seven Acres and one hundred and fiftytwo square rods each being 104 rods long and fortythree rods wide. and the fourth division Containing Twenty nine Acres and forty square rods being 104 rods long and 45 rods wide. That they have advertised and sold the Same at public Auction on the 25th day of January 1822 on a Credit of Five years with interest to be paid annually

That David Dickey junr became the purchaser of the first division at Two dollars and sixty six Cents pr Acre - Jonas Harvey became the purchaser of the Second division at Two dollars and seventy one Cents per. acre Jonas Harvey became the purchaser of the third division at Three dollars and Twenty seven Cents pr. acre and Samuel Hall became the purchaser of the fourth division at Three dollars and thirty one Cents pr. acre Amounting in the whole to Three hundred and

thirty eight dollars and thirty two Cents And that they have expended in time and money in and about said business including Surveying and all other incidental expenses the sum of Twenty dollars
