To the auditor of public accounts, a sum not exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars, to defray the expenses of procuring certified lists of the lands entered in the United States military district, and those entered in the refugee tract; as also, a list of all lands in this state, sold by the United States, prior to the thirtieth day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and two.
