In establishing such standards the department shall develop strategies for ensuring the maximization of third party revenues and the integration of existing health care providers and teaching institutions. The department shall also monitor occupation case reports from the clinics and other occupational health surveillance data for the state and will develop approaches to ensure appropriate preventive follow-up of occupational disease cases reported by the clinics.
