WILLIAM C. RIVEs, of Virginia, resigned February 22, 1834.

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
ROBERT CAMPBELL has been elected to fill the vacancy occasioned by

the death of Thomas D. Singleton, of South Carolina. THOMAS T. B. BOULDIN, of Virginia, died in his place, in the Hall of

the House, on the 11th of February 1834. LEVI LINCOLN, elected in place of John Davis, resigned.

PUBLIC BUILDINGS. WILLIAM NOLAND, of Virginia, has been appointed Commissioner, in

place of Joseph Elgar.

JUDICIARY. W AM G. SINGLETON, has been appointed Attorney for the Western

District of Virginia, in place of William A. Harrison, resigned.

NAVY DEPARTMENT. Moses Poor has been appointed Clerk in place of Thomas R. Miller,

deceased.

PUBLIC LANDS. The name of ANDREW J. DONELSON, Secretary for signing Land Pa.

tents, is incorrectly printed, page 85. H. T. WILLIAMS, Surveyor of Public Lands in Louisiana. WILLIAM EDMONDSON, Receiver, Pontetock, Mississippi.
