SEO. 2. That the state auditor is hereby authorized How paid. to draw his warrant upon the general fund of the state treasury in favor of the several parties named in this act for the amounts set opposite their respective names, upon the presentation of a receipt in full for all demands against the state duly signed by the proper parties. Approved February 27, A.D. 1879.

Appropriation for current expenses.

AN ACT

Making appropriations for the current expenses of the government for the years ending March 31st, 1880, and March 31st, 1881, and other expenses incurred during the years 1878 and 1879.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska:

SECTION 1. That the following sums of money, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same are hereby appropriated out of the general fund, for the pay. ment of current expenses of the government for the years ending March 31st, 1880, and March 31st, 1881, and for the payment of other expenses incurred during the years 1878 and 1879:
