A sum not exceeding $306,840.00, for amounts chargeable to Capital Account.

The Governor-in-Council is authorized to raise by way of loan either before or after the expiration of

the said fiscal year the several sums of money for the Public Service that are chargeable to capital and granted by this Act.

3. The Governor-in-Council is authorized to raise by way of loan the several sums of money for the Public Service that were chargeable to capital and granted to His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor or any of his predecessors in office by any Act heretofore enacted except such of the said sums and any parts thereof as have heretofore been raised by way of loan by the issue and sale of Debentures of Nova Scotia or of Nova Scotia stock.

4. The said several sums shall be paid under the provisions of the Audit Act out of the moneys in the Provincial Treasury that are applicable to the several purposes for which said several sums are granted.
