Wallace Smith Walter Smith . 1 OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of Organized Detroit, Michigan, July 9th and 10th, 1926 JUNE, 1927 No. 2 DEAR FELLOW REFEREES: Our 1927 Conference I am very happy, indeed, to announce the selection by our Board of Directors of the city of Buffalo as the place of our Conference this year. It will be held on Monday and Tuesday, August 29th and 30th. it It is not now too soon to begin to plan to attend the time will be here before you know Whether long or short, it will do you good to get away Next, you will enjoy it. Buffalo is a beautiful city on Lake Erie, easily accessible and with every attraction at this particular time of year. It is also probably some time since you visited Niagara Falls, and this would be a fine thing to do again. If perchance you have not been there, now is certainly the time. And finally, we are going to have a splendid Conference. We meet this year practically in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Bar Association, our formal sessions being during the two days immediately preceding. A cordial invitation has been extended to us and we will be welcome. Secretary Bierce has checked up and found that one hundred fiftytwo of our members are members of the American Bar Association, and there are doubtless many others of us who would like to become members. The arrangement affords opportunity to participate in and enjoy both meetings. A fine program is being arranged and will be duly announced. In brief, it will review the accomplishments of the past year and project those of the future. In short, you just cannot afford to miss this, our second annual Conference. Come, bring the ladies, enjoy yourselves, get better acquainted, exchange ideas and take away some things of lasting benefit. On to Buffalo! Sincerely yours, Pamestiti President.
