The authorized issue of this company's 5 per cent first mortgage bonds is-
First-For the purpose of paying off and retiring $2,500,000 outstanding 6 per cent first mortgage bonds, and also for the improvement and further equip-

ment of its railroad from Duluth to Tower, and also for the purchase, construction and improvement of ore and merchandise docks and terminal

facilities.........
Second-An additional amount per mile for every mile of single track extensions and branches thereafter acquired or constructed, per mile........
Third-An additional amount for every mile for additional equipment, not exceeding cost.........
