Halaman 53 - NOTICE TO MEMBERS Any member may enter in a book, to be kept at the office, a mail address, to which all notices to be sent to him under the Constitution or Rules shall be directed. In default of such entry, such notices shall be served by depositing them in the Club letter-box addressed to the member, who shall be held to have received them ten days after they shall have been so mailed or deposited.
