*Mr. Justice WALKER died February 7, 1885, and on the 16th of the same month, under an appointment by the Governor, the Hon. DAMON G. TUNNICLIFF was commissioned as his successor for the unexpired portion of the term for which he had been elected.

Hon. George Hunt was commissioned and qualified as Attorney General, January 30, 1885.

Alfred H. Taylor, Esq., was elected clerk on the 2d day of November, 1884.
