AN ACT for the benefit of the State Agricultural Society. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

1. That the State Board of Agriculture be, and they are hereby, authorized to dispense with holding their annual fair for the present year, should they elect to do so. § 2.
