The following Acts of Congress referred to in this chapter are published in E. D. Forms 93 and 94 and are available for issue from the Office of the Chief of Engineers:

1. Laws for the protection and preservation of the navigable waters of the United States:

(e) Section 7, River and Harbor Act, approved August 8, 1917, which amends Section 4, River and Harbor Act of August 18, 1894, as amended by Section 11, River and Harbor Act June 13, 1902.

3. Laws authorizing the Secretary of War to establish anchorage grounds and regulations in relation thereto:

Section 7, River and Harbor Act, approved March 14, 1915.

4. Laws relating to Beach Erosion:

5. Laws relating to oil pollution in coastal navigable Waters:
