THE Sixth Volume of Duer's Reports, which was issued in October, 1858, brought down the decisions made at General Term, in Calendar Cases, to April, 1857. The present volume reports the decisions, in that class of cases, made prior to November term, 1857, with the exception of two or three, which will be reported in the next volume. It is anticipated that another volume will be published within the next six months, and that such assistance has been secured as will make it practicable, after the lapse of a brief period, to issue the Reports, shortly after the decisions are rendered.
