Acts inconsistent with this act repealed. same to the committee on banks and banking, for the time being, whose duty it shall be carefully to examine every such return, and to report in writing to the legislature all violations of law, shown by any of such returns, and the name of every bank which shall appear by its return to have exceeded any of the powers granted to such bank, or to have violated or failed to comply with any of the rules, restrictions, or conditions, provided in any of the laws of this Commonwealth concerning banks or banking. SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That all acts and parts of acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
