During the current year, under the Constitution and By-Laws, One Member

of the Executive Council from the 5th, 7th and 8th Congressional Districts will be nominated at duly called conventions of members of the Medical Society of Virginia residing in the respective districts. During the meeting of the Forty-first Annual Session, at Norfolk, two members from the State-at-large will also be nominated. The President is also to be a member ex-officio of the Executive Council.
