ACT 4426. An act dedicating certain land in the city of Los Angeles for the purpose of widening Vermont Avenue, and directing the board of trustees of the state normal school at Los Angeles to convey the same to the city of Los Angeles for that purpose. An act declaring that all tide-lands and submerged lands within the boundaries of the city of Los Angeles are required, and requiring such lands, for public purposes of commerce, navigation and fishing, and for purposes in aid thereof, and ratifying, approving and confirming the acts of the attorney general in bringing and prosecuting certain suits in the name of the people of the state of California, for the purpose of quieting title to, and for the recovery of the possession of said lands.
